Here are the answers to some of our FAQ’s
What are your rates?
We cater to what you need, and in doing so, our rates change from organization to organization. On average, a client of ours is spending between $1500 to $3500 a session depending on the size of the group.
How long is the session?
Each individual headshot takes about 10 - 15 minutes. Easy Peasy! So, you’re safe with planning at about 5 people an hour. minus any group shots.
What should I wear?
1.) Business to Business Casual is best. 2.) Colors that bring out the color of your eyes are key. Consider nice neutral earth toned colors; usually meaning any color with a touch of gray added 3.) No Logos, No busy/distracting patterns. No loud/bright/neon colors. White and red can be considered “too loud” at times. 4.) It’s okay to wear glasses if you always wear glasses. 5.) Avoid clothing that is too loose or too tight. We need you to be relaxed and comfortable.
Will our employee’s be able to pick there own individual photos?
It’s completely up to you. You can choose for everyone, have us choose, or, for an additional up-charge we provide service through our site that will allow all of your employees to personally pick the photo they’d like to use.
How long does it take to get the retouched/edited photos back?
If you have an in-house marketing team that would prefer to edit/retouch the photos themselves, we’re happy to send you the .tiff files unedited. This is the fastest option for receiving your photos. (WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THAT SOMEONE RETOUCH THE PHOTOS IF NOT US!) We aim to have your photos completed within two to three weeks depending on the size of your group. We also have a rush delivery up charge for anyone who needs it done quicker.
