Step 2:
Now that the $35 Participation Fee is in; the second and final step is to fill out the Player Info and Contact form below.
This form will allow us to keep everything organized and tell us where to send your online Image Proofing Gallery Link once the images have been edited and ready to view (in 2-3 weeks).
The gallery link we send will also be where you can download your two complementary digital images (one Team Photo and one Single Player Image) as well as purchase prints or order one of our Special Offer Print Packages.
